This easy, five-minute corn feta dip is perfect for whipping up for any game-day appetizer. Serve cold, at room temperature, or heat it up in the oven if you prefer a melty dip!
Ingredients
- 1 can fire roasted corn, drained
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 5 green onions, chopped finely
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup Athenos Traditional Feta Cheese crumbles
- Tortilla Chips
Method
- In a medium bowl mix together corn, sour cream, mayonnaise, green onions, garlic powder, and feta cheese crumbles. Mix together until smooth. Can serve cold or heat in the oven at 350 F for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Garnish with more feta cheese and chopped green onions.
