If buffalo wings are your jam, you will fall head first for this flavorful, crispy buffalo chicken salad. Topped with crunchy toppings like carrots, celery, and creamy feta cheese crumbles.
Ingredients
- 4 lightly breaded frozen chicken tenders
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 6 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 2 celery stalks, thinly sliced
- 1/3 cup Athenos Traditional feta cheese crumbles
- 1/3 cup croutons, chopped
Method
- Place the chicken tenders in an air fryer and cook at 375 for 17-20 minutes or until the chicken tenders are golden and crispy. Toss with buffalo sauce until evenly coated.
- Divide the romaine lettuce into two shallow bowls. Top each bowl evenly with ranch dressing and gently toss together. Top with shredded carrots, celery, feta cheese crumbles and croutons. Slice chicken tender pieces and top on each salad.
