It's time to switch up your dirty martini game! While your martini glass is chilling, fill your juicy green olives with sharp feta cheese for the most delicious bite between martini sips.
Ingredients
- 3 large green olives, pitted
- 2 tsp Athenos Feta Cheese Crumbles or chunk
- ½ oz dry vermouth
- 2.5 oz vodka
- Splash of olive juice
Method
- Place the martini glass into the freezer while making the cocktail.
- Stuff the olives with feta cheese and set aside.
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the vermouth and vodka, with a splash of olive juice if desired. Shake until the outside of the shaker is very cold. Strain into chilled martini glass and garnish with the olives.
