This East Coast classic recipe is a perfect recipe to add a bit of extra flare! These flavorful crab cakes are filled with classic flavors like old bay seasoning, fresh chives, and crab and taken up a notch with bold feta cheese crumbles!
Ingredients
- 16 oz can lump crab meat, drained
- ¾ cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs, beated
- 2 tbsp minced chives
- 1 tbsp old bay seasoning
- ⅓ cup Athenos feta cheese crumbles
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
Method
- In a large bowl, add crab meat, breadcrumbs, eggs, minced chives, old bay seasoning, feta cheese crumbles, and mayonnaise. Mix together until evenly combined.
- With a scooper or large spoon, scoop out 6-8 patties. Spray with cooking spray or brush lightly with olive oil. Cook in the air fryer at 380 for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Top with extra chives and serve with remoulade and lemon wedges.
