Ingredients
- 8 cups mixed greens
- 1 honeycrisp apple, thinly sliced or diced
- 1/3 cup Athenos Crumbled Traditional Feta Cheese
- 1/3 cup candied walnuts
- 1/3 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinaigrette
Method
- Add the mixed greens to a large bowl or serving platter. Top evenly with apple slices, feta cheese, candied walnuts, and dried cranberries.
- Drizzle salad with balsamic vinaigrette and toss together or leave on the side for serving.
