This simple buffalo chicken flatbread is easy to make and loaded with tangy flavors. These come together quickly making them a perfect work-from-home lunch option!
Ingredients
- 1-2 flatbreads
- 3 tbsp ranch dressing
- 1/3 cup Athenos traditional feta cheese crumbles
- 1 cup shredded chicken
- 1/3 cup buffalo sauce
- Green onions for topping (optional)
Method
- Preheat oven to 400 F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper and add the flatbread in the center.
- Drizzle flatbread with ranch dressing evenly. Add the feta cheese crumbles evenly all over the flatbread. In a small bowl mix together the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce. Add shredded chicken evenly onto the flatbread and drizzle with extra buffalo sauce if desired.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the feta is melty and the sauce chicken is bubbly.
- Top with fresh green onions and extra feta cheese if desired.
