The easiest, most transportable way to charcuterie! These small appetizer cups can be made ahead of time for a party in glasses or disposable cups for a simple yet elegant appetizer for any occasion.
Ingredients
- ¼ cup of nuts
- 1 small vine of grapes
- 1 rosemary sprig
- 1 bread stick, snapped in half
- 1 green olive
- 1 slice of salami
- 1 cornichon
- 1 small cube of Athenos feta cheese
Method
- Fill the bottom of a small glass with nuts. In the back add the breadstick pieces and sprig of rosemary.
- On a small skewer, lace one green olive, one slice of salami (folded), one cornichon and 1-2 cubes of feta cheese. Place into the glass. Add a small vine of grapes, and serve.
