The new viral martini olive dip is trending this summer, and for good reason! If you love the classic flavors of a dirty martini, then this dip is for you! We've swapped in whipped feta cheese and crumbles for extra feta flare! Serve with your favorite salty kettle chips and an ice-cold dirty martini.
Ingredients
- 6 oz cream cheese
- 1 container of Athenos whipped feta cheese
- 2 tbsp olive juice from the jar
- 2 oz green olives, pits removed and roughly chopped
- 1/3 cup Athenos feta cheese crumbles
Method
- Add cream cheese, whipped feta cheese, and olive juice in a food processor. Blend for 20-30 seconds or until fluffy and creamy. Transfer to a medium mixing bowl.
- Add chopped olives and feta cheese crumbles to the mixture and stir to combine. Cover and refrigerate for 1-2 hours to marinate.
- Stir together once more before serving, and top with a few more green olives and feta cheese crumbles. Serve with crackers, bread, or kettle chips.
