Get in the Halloween spirit with these stuffed whipped feta mini pumpkins. Use these as an anchor to a fall themed charcuterie board. Simply fill with Athenos whipped feta and serve alongside your favorite fall charcuterie items!
Ingredients
- 3 mini pumpkins
- 2 - 8 oz containers Athenos Whipped Feta
- 2-3 different kinds of crackers
- 1 small bowl of honey
- 1 small bowl of preserves
- 1 green apple, sliced
- 1 red apple, sliced
Method
- Cut the tops off of the mini pumpkins and hollow out the seeds and insides.
- Fill each pumpkin with whipped feta.
- Arrange the filled pumpkins on a small charcuterie board. Surround them with an assortment of crackers, honey, preserves, and apple slices.
