Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups mixed greens
- 1 cup arugula
- 2 tbsp candied walnuts
- 2 tbsp dried cherries
- 1 pear, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup Athenos traditional feta cheese crumbles
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette
Method
- In a medium mixing bowl, add mixed greens, arugula, candied walnuts, dried cherries, pear slices, and feta cheese. Drizzle evenly with balsamic vinaigrette or vinaigrette of choice. Toss together and serve in shallow serving bowls. Top with a bit more feta cheese before serving.
