A new way to fish taco! These healthy salmon tacos are made with traditional taco seasoning and topped with aromatic cilantro, creamy avocado, and tangy feta cheese crumbles.
Ingredients
- 1 lb skinless salmon filets
- 1 tbsp taco seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 8 corn tortillas, warmed
- 1 avocado, sliced
- Fresh cilantro, roughly chopped
- Fresh lime wedges, for squeezing
- 3 oz Athenos Crumbled Traditional Feta Cheese
Method
- Preheat the oven to 425 F. Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper. Place salmon filets onto the center of the baking sheet and run with olive oil and taco seasoning until evenly coated.
- Bake salmon for 8-10 minutes or until it flakes off easily.
- Warm corn tortillas and distribute salmon evenly into each tortilla. Top tacos evenly with avocado slices, chopped cilantro, and feta cheese crumbles before serving.
