This festive whipped feta board is an easy and tasty appetizer to make! Swap out traditional 'butter' as the base for this whipped feta board and top with festive seasonal toppings.
Ingredients
- 1 (8 oz) container of Athenos Whipped Feta Dip & Spread
- 1 small apple, diced
- 1/4 cup pomegranate arils
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 2 tbsp honey
- Rosemary sprigs
- Flaky sea salt
Method
- On a large cutting board or serving platter, make small 1-inch spreads of Athenos Whipped Feta dip until the board is mostly covered.
- Sprinkle whipped feta evenly with apple dices, pomegranate arils, and walnuts. Drizzle with honey and top with flaky sea salt.
- Serve with your favorite crackers and apple slices.
