These tangy whipped feta stuffed dates are a one bite wonder! They are soft on the outside, filled with bright whipped feta and topped with sweetened crunchy nuts for a flavor explosion. Serve these on a charcuterie board or as a snack before a meal!
Ingredients
- ½ cup Athenos Whipped Feta
- 12 dates, pitted
- ¼ cup glazed nuts, chopped
- 1 tbsp minced fresh rosemary
- Honey, for drizzling
Method
- Open each pitted date and add 1-2 tsp of Athenos Whipped feta.
- Drizzle with a light drizzle of honey. Top with a small sprinkle of chopped glazed/sweetened nuts and a bit of minced rosemary.
